SHENYANG CHINA CHIC MANSION (DEMONSTRATION AREA)

The project is located next to the pagoda of Tawan plate in Huanggu District, which has a profound accumulation of mountains and rivers and the heritage of the imperial city. Based on the understanding of the urban elements at the spatial level, we put forward the order space integrated with the landscape to form the interface of the ultimate cultural landscape unfolding along the front of the plot. Under the design principle of “ancient soul building today”, we superposition the plane of the classical garden with modern three-dimensional dimensions, intensively utilize the site elements, disassemble the volume of the translation space, and emphasize the modern function and life scene experience. At the same time, it also attaches great importance to the spirit of the space and the dialogue with nature. It introduces landscape pieces such as pavilions and tea halls to strengthen the relationship between architecture and nature.
