Lucheng Jinmao Mansion stands in the golden age of the residential market which is the first modern style buildings on the Jinmao residential line. The project is positioned as the top level of the Jinmao system product line – Fu. With an overall aluminum panel curtain wall and 12 major technological systems, we aim to create a breathing house and lead the future of high-tech luxury houses of Wenzhou. This case took 5 years of dedicated polishing to define the level of aluminum plate leveling technology in the Wenzhou market with more precise material tolerance dimensions; Presenting architectural gloss under different climatic conditions with a more selective material light ratio; To showcase the immortal spiritual essence of modernism with more extreme structural details.
