Dongguan SKYLINE is a waterfront mixed-use district located on the banks of the East River in Dongguan, including a 220 meters high landmark apartment, an open commercial-apartment district, a park residence, and a cosmic aesthetics art gallery. The project fully considers the publicity of the city’s waterfront, and actively makes concessions on the riverside. The interface is opened to create cultural nodes, such as the Waterfront Art Park, Interstellar Art Museum, the green bus terminal and the river-viewing platform, which Encourages citizens to participate in and jointly achieve the influence of this urban space.
