CREC INTERNATIONAL ECO-CITY BAIJINGGU NANYUAN VILLA, GUIYANG (DEMONSTRATION AREA)

The site occupies an area of 8,500m² with a height difference of nearly 30 meters, which is undoubtedly a challenge and an opportunity. The design team made full use of the terrain, explored the natural conditions of the site, preserved local stones, forest and two 300-year-old trees, adopted the design strategy of minimal intervention and keeping original appearance, used local materials to promote adaptation to climate change, reconcile sustainable ecological resilience, and enhance ecological health.
