HANGZHOU SUNAC YUNCHEN FUYUAN LI (EXHIBITION CENTER)

The project is located in Fuyang District, Hangzhou, the demonstration area is small, sandwiched between two existing high-rise towers, the surrounding environment is old. Facing the complex urban interface, the design avoids adverse conditions, closes the east-west interface, and opens the only display surface on the north side. The combination of simple geometric forms and repeated lines creates a strong sense of order. The demonstration area will be used as a permanent building to reduce the cost of later transformation. In the early stage, it will be used as the exhibition hall of the project. After delivery, it will be used as self-sustaining residential and property housing, realizing the natural transition from city to community and then to the city. To create a community that converges to the community inside and is open to the outside of the city.
