PARK CITY (DEMONSTRATION AREA)

Park City is new residential community located in Beijing’s Shunyi District, with a total building area of 220,000 square meters.
It’s planning and design are full of innovations representative of CIFI’s 7th generation product system in Beijing, such as the Free Giant Hall, X-space, Boundless Grand Window, and the C major façade.
The project’s Star Theater display center, metropolitan park, transparent factory, 37 degree space will be unveiled in 4 stages. The Star Theater is both the display center and the future main entrance to the community. Its design conveys a close relationship with nature, personal communication, and social vitality as an open, interactive and exploratory space.
