THE ENCOUNTER BETWEEN NATURE AND SPACE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY CITY EMERGING INDUSTRY INCUBATION PARK IN WUYI COUNTY

The project is located in the hilly area on the northeast side of Sanjiang Peninsula in Wuyi. The design conforms to the site conditions and combines the local architectural style to reasonably distribute and harmoniously coexist multiple functions. The design retains the original height difference of the site, with three building terraces gradually entering the site from north to south, interspersed with many sunken courtyards, overhead platforms and roof gardens of different scales, providing perfect public service functions for the entire park. On the platform, there are 8 groups of various R&D spaces on the 5th to 6th floors, which are interspersed by typed “tech boxes”. Each group of R&D spaces is mostly arranged in a “Z” shape to achieve the flexibility of functional layout and the richness of landscape capture.
