The plot is located in the north central part of Niutian Unit of Hangzhou. Relying on Qibao Road station and the maintenance section of South Subway Line 1, the project has the perfect premise for the TOD development mode. The project is divided into two parts: over-track area and landing area, covering many interfaces, with complex structural elevation and traffic partition. Therefore, how to realize the concept of ideal community building through the combination of technology and design is a major challenge in the design of this project. The design strives to create a life mode by focusing on the needs of young groups, adopting a diversified and mixed structure mode, integrating residence, consumption, leisure, entertainment, health, sports, creativity and experience, and creating a shared ,open, diversified and composite active community with full vitality and creativity.
