FUZHOU · LONGHU DIXIN JIULI QINGCHUAN (DEMONSTRATION AREA)

The project is located in the central and western part of Cangshan District, Fuzhou City, with convenient transportation and superior accessibility. On the edge of the ancient house, combined with the local dwellings and contemporary aesthetics, a series of “defamiliarization” treatments were carried out on the building facade. We co-created a “new” building, making it both familiar and dazzling. Unique, to avoid the interference of the old building caused by the overly expressive force. At the same time, the new volume is strictly controlled, and the sloping roof form and roof angle of the old house are followed, so that the new and old buildings evolve and change in the same order. The ancient and the new, the traditional and the modern, all complement each other in the same picture, forming a shocking time and space tension.
