JINJIANG VANKE WANQUAN ACADEMY EXHIBITION CENTER

The project is the sales center of Vanke Jinyu Binjiang residential district in Jinjiang City, Fujian Province. There are two old plants on the project base. Starting from the current situation of the base, this design retains and uses the beam column structure of the original old buildings in the base, so as to make it a modeling feature of the new building and echo the Chinese traditional bucket arch in form. The design respects regional traditional culture, combines the layout of Chinese traditional academies and the layout of modernist mobile space with modernist design techniques, creates a “academy” space integrating the old and the new, and becomes a symbolic sales center for cultural inheritance.
