LU XIANG YUAN

The project land of LU XIANG YUAN belongs to the Shanghai Old City Historic Conservation Area, which has rich historical and cultural heritage and unique urban conservation area. The planning and design follows the style and features of the old city of Shanghai, and takes the “city wall site” as the origin of the project. In the case of high volume ratio and high density of the city, the original street scale and commercial space are preserved, and the texture and context of the old city is also preserved. At the same time, it has created a second horizon in the sky with an ecological garden and built a quiet and dust-free residential environment.
