ANLAN VILLAS, SHAOXING (DEMONSTRATION AREA)

The Anlan Villa project is located in the Fenglin section of the central living area in Jinghu New District, Shaoxing. It sits in the prosperous core of Jinghu Lake and enjoys a low-density island with a floor area ratio of 0.76. The project has planned 122 low-density mansions with a construction area of about 230-580 square meters, surrounded by water on three sides, with a A-list lake view to the south. The residential quarter is built according to the terrain, faces the lake, and integrates with the surrounding natural environment, fulfilling the dream of living by water. Following the urban texture and context of Shaoxing ancient city, the architect returns to the traditional spatial system of “streets, alleys, courtyards and mansions”, and organizes and creates scenes of urban water-town life in an orderly manner at the planning level.
