The complex community centre has become the main form of commercial rental housing, with centralised management and functional facilities, and is becoming increasingly popular with the younger generation. MOD Design has studied the lifestyle of the ‘Generation Z’ and will take their emotional needs into account in the design process, so that the users and the space will resonate. The design expands the function of the lobby space with three main themes: gaming, bookstore and party, using fashionable and individual design elements to link them together, emphasising social attributes and creating a diversified shared space.
