Hangzhou Joy City

Hangzhou Joy City is located in Gongshu district, Hangzhou, along the Yuhangtang River, with an excellent natural landscape and scenic location. The total GFA is about 460,000 square meters. The comprehensive development includes a nearly 150,000 sqm shopping center, a nearly 40,000 sqm retail street, three grade A office buildings, one apartment tower and the Hangzhou Canal Art Center. The concept of the design originates from the traditional square space. As the living room of the city, the square integrates the buildings and the city, as well as public space and private space. Making full use of the public square, water bank and urban industrial heritage elements, the commercial space and urban public space are closely linked together. The success of the project is not only regenerating the old Hangzhou industrial cluster, but also creating another landmark urban mixed-use development for Hangzhou city.
