The Mixc Hefei Luyang

AICO team aims to make the project stand out from the fierce competition through innovative architecture and interior design. In keeping with the project’s “healthy life and family time” theme, a series of signature places have been set up, such as the roof sports park, the first roof-suspended runway in a shopping center in China, children’s sky farm, etc. We have boldly designed the circulation flow in a 76,115 sq.m major commercial area with a merely 75-meter width, so as to accommodate more than 260 shops with higher brand visibility and easier accessbility. Natural scenery is introduced in every level to enhance the connection with outdoor. The project is an example of how our architecture and interior teams are thinking differently to adapt to changing consumer behavior, incorporating new uses into their projects, that promote wellbeing and provide a more relaxed, natural environment.
