Inno Shanghai

The project is located in the Xinjiang Bay plate of Shanghai, which is close to the Wujiaochang core area and has convenient traffic. The plot is split into two parcels by the road. The planned layout implants landscape courtyard into the two parcels and connects them through an axis. It draws closer the architectural relationship through the identity of the façade details, creating a modern and fashionable district with a strong metropolitan style. The design continues the overall ArtDeco style of the block, creating a highly recognizable classic metropolitan style office community.
