Xi’an Dowell Yin·Weiyang

The Xi’an Dowell-Yinweiyang Demonstration Zone project is located on the bank of Weiyang Lake, in the delta area where the Wei River and the Ba River meet. As a high-end residential project of the Yin series, we have the original intention of integrating nature into the future community life. Yin Weiyang’s inspiration comes from the designer’s creative process. The drawing was soaked by coffee accidentally overturned on the desktop, and the Weiyang Lake on the drawing Magically connected with the community, the concept of “introducing the lake into the park” was born. Since ancient times, the identity manifestation followed by prominent families has been the homecoming ceremony. Dongyuan Yin Weiyang sought design inspiration from Everyang Lake. While creating a variety of water forms, it also brought an ingenious fourfold homecoming, reshaped the classical garden with modern techniques, and created a garden which is full of oriental rhythm and western elegant.
