CIFI Ronghua Park Avenue, Xi’an

Park Avenue is located in Chanba Headquarters Economic Park in Xi’an, China. It is at the northeast intersection of Eurasian Avenue and Guangyuntan Avenue in Chanba District, and east of Bahe West Road and north of Eurasian Third Road. 2018 was the second year CIFI has entered Xi’an market. Park Avenue is the pioneering work of CIFI brand. The site is located at the entrance of Eurasian Creative Design Park, and is adjacent to the Chang’an University Science and Technology Park which covers 110,000 square meters of land. Nearly 5,000 employees, 500 scientific research studios and creative enterprises have moved into the great working environment of Eurasian Creative Design Park one after another. Science and innovation industry giants such as Amazon AWS Joint Innovation Center and Tencent Shuangchuang Town are about to move in as well as about 100,000 high-end professionals and a large amount of potential rental demands.
