Zijing Paradise Walk

Zijing Paradise Walk is a 6-storey building in SanDun district of Hangzhou, a city famous for its rich history, scenic environment and latest technological developments.

The masterplan takes advantage of the more vibrant street frontages to form an L-shaped building. Wu Li Tang River runs along the north side of the site, giving waterfront access with lush greeneries to the northern edge of our site. A retail street is on the south side of our project, connected with a footbridge on L2.

Zijing Paradise Walk offers a broad range of programmes and facilities, including shops, F&B, supermarket, fitness centre, indoor kids’ playground, cineplex and a rooftop sportsground with a jogging trail.

The overall architectural design captured key essence from ancient Hangzhou’s Hui-style architecture, embodying a sense of simplicity, elegance and subtle reference to Chinese heritage.
