On the basis of maintaining the original foundation of the city, how to revive the city through minimal design becomes a common topic for designers. “Stress more on life, less on design”. With such idea, L&A Design did a well-done job on Taiyuan V-Park Life Plaza. They extracted the “V” factor from Vanke’s visual image to create a new IP, systematically reconstruct the original gray space of the building, the central square, the commercial atrium, the building terrace, the corner square, etc., and added the non-powered children’s facilities to build an immersive space for all ages. After the renovation, we are very pleased to see the rebirth of the real economy in this place. The living atmosphere of the public space has become stronger, and the ordinary commercial space has turned into a journey of life adventure.
