The design considers the integration of park and urban space, the vitality is pulled to office zone through landscape axis. Ring road network combined with green space shapes the regional center, through the enlargement of public space, emphasizing the location of square and supporting facilities.
The industrial buildings and apartments are staggered to share landscape resources. The design attempts to break the inherent impression of the industrial park and integrate the space of different scales. Openness, privacy, comfort, high-density, evenness and recognition, these contradictory attributes are integrated here, and the personalized buildings are unified into a visualized group space.
