As a TOD project of “city node”, Weifang Vanke City and rail transit build a business center with city level influence, which not only provides public space for the city, but also promotes the government, enterprises and residents to provide positive public operation content for the urban area. Weifang Vanke Life Plaza, through the introduction of six TOD modules, has successfully shaped the urban interface at the junction of light rail into a place with vitality and temperature. The red box with the nature of landmarks + star bear IP + real business street operation + 100 meter office building in the project are combined to create a “regional landmark” and form a business card of the area, which will surely detonate the business office of Weifang.
