The client hopes to create a cultural and fashionable international residence to create new living experience for people in the new era. The design combines Oriental aesthetics with a contemporary lifestyle. It tries to explore a brand new life scene belonging to the contemporary people, the integration of Eastern and Western cultures, for the new era of people to bring a romantic, modern life.
Located in Xiamen, Fujian Province, the project covers an area of about 890 square meters and has four floors. It is a low-luxury French living space which is full of cultural atmosphere. It possesses such functions as recepting, gathering, leisure, entertainment, meditation and tea tasting.
Through the contemporary and simple design language, the mountain and the sea give Xiamen an open, free and inclusive cultural characteristics. The space is presented in the form of contemporary art expression. The hollowed layout follows the architectural style, which is free and eclectic. Fashion and Orien
