Shanghai Aroma Garden

The project is located in Shanghai’s Old City Historical Features Reserve, next to Yuyuan Garden and the People’s Square. It aims to build a villa in the downtown carefully, reshape lanes, archways and courtyard, and inherit the Shanghai style. It adopts the style of Shi Ku Men style, which takes into account the Chinese style and the Western style at the same time and allows architectural details to be fused with each other. The treatment of the Chinese style sloping roof and the fire-sealing gable combines with European style window trim skirting. The landscape of the site is enriched through capable and smooth lines, rich layers of space interspersed, and simple and precise details, in order to create a delicate, elegant garden community in a noisy city.
