Shandong CIFI YST, Boyue Fengxitai

As the first BOYUE series from CIFI YST, the project is positioned as an expert product for upscale inprovement. The project is planned about 160,000 square meters of the total construction area for seven 11-26 storey high-rise residential buildings. Regarding to the 3 meter’s terrain altitude difference between the east and west sides of the base, the way of sinking courtyard is successfully connected the commercial street on the west side with the adjacent community on the east side. Facade design adopts modern style of techniques and colors to enhance the tone of the whole project. When design comes to the display center at the main entrance, it pays homage once more to the classical geometric space that a strong diagonal line breaks the peace of the rectangular plane, the space is deconstructed, and then elaborately reorganized.
