Placio One

The project is located in the north of Zhaomu Mountain in Chongqing City, next to Huangpi Reservoir. It is the last piece of land along the lake in North Yorkshire. The 8,000 square meters of concentrated green space and the 2.4 km long shoreline along the lake are unique resources of the project. The project is adapted to local conditions and adopts a platform layout. The first phase is a large flat floor product, features a 350 square meters surface with an extraordinary 26 meters span width, as it equivalent to the width of an unfolded villa. The design features double streamlines, while the logistics streamlines and the leisure common area are not interfere with each other.The building’s shape is simple and upright, with a three-segment composition method, the building is dignified and upright, and the details are complemented by fine aluminum profiles, making the whole building simple but not easy.
