Shenzhen Shimao Shenzhen-Hong Kong International Center

Shenzhen Shimao Shenzhen-Hong Kong International Center is located in the eastern CBD of Longgang, Shenzhen. The architectural design of the exhibition area is based on the ‘contemporary interpretation of traditional national charm’, which embodies the core concept of ‘spiral scroll’ + ‘three-dimensional garden’. Before handing down the landscape planning, the designer made a detailed analysis of the structure of the building and found that there is a 120 ° rotation angle between the layers. By analyzing the sight of the building, the designer surrounds the main landscape path in the form of two ‘petals’ to ensure the visual experience inside and outside the building.
