LAKEONE VILLA is an international top-class mansion and located on the bank of the “Semi-mountain Mountain” in Guangzhou, China. It was developed by Talent Properties and ideal for new era leaders who pursue exlusiveness, simplicity and sophistication. There are three floors, 6 rooms, 3 halls, 4 bathrooms and 2 kitchens in the Villa showflat. Moty’s Design team developed design concept toward the pursuit of the cultural value and the minimalist attitude of the living, and Moty’s team innovatively used the neomodern french arty style. The details also took into account the harmony of color and light. The whole design was fulfilled by elegant elements and french style light tones. The simple and neat lines were the main role together with translucent space. Moty’s Team considered function, comfort and practicality as the priority of the living space.The neomodern French style ran thorough from the surrounding environment to the arrangement of interior space.
