The project is located in the start-up zone of the Science and Technology City in Xiao Shan District, Hangzhou. This three-dimensional city with a total scale of more than one million squares, and a collection of international schools, hospitals, neighborhoods and other rich formats. Create an unbounded “international community” with the concept of openness, longevity and growth. Taking the humanized planning concept as the starting point, the project considers the better relationship of each design node in a relatively small plot. With the integration of slab and point blocks, the high-rise building in western style is built along the river sides, which maximizes the landscape resources as it offers a scenic river view available from any position. The compact and layered interior design, which infuses the house with homelike feeling is a result from space limitation.
