Riverone

The base of this case is close to the Jialing River and enjoys a natural location. The designer uses the site’s own height difference to set up interesting activity venues in combination with the venue’s platform, adding landscape spaces such as platform selection, to get a better view of the river, while weakening unfavorable factors and maximizing the value of the venue. Smaller residential plots use pure bungalow products to achieve a balance between maximizing the use of front-line river views and maximizing the creation of concentrated gardens; with the theme of “water”, emphasizing spatial mobility while introducing water systems to create shoreline living. Large residential plots with extremely large vertical height differences are guided by the cross-section design. They are divided into detached houses, courtyards, and bungalows. The theme is “mountain” and the 30m scale penetrates the landscape axis to create the ultimate villa life.
