Caohejing Established Gemstone Garden

The building is to be transformed into office buildings. The ground floor has a large space office, independent office and conference room, the second and third floors are offices. The original gemstone garden club is made into a modern, simple, open large work place with good flexibility and ductility of the Caohejing Incubator (phase I) physical carrier. In order to meet the needs of the current stage of entrepreneurial enterprises, and become the image symbol of the entire park.

The current situation of the project is that the building space is deep and the daylighting is poor. We will introduce some space interruptions into the new atrium. By introducing “garden”landscape into the whole office space, by adopting “garden office”，to improve the overall office quality of the park, create efficient, comfortable and high value-added office space.
