One Sino Park，Beijing

The overall idea of this project is to make a modern boutique community in Beijing. The aim of the design is to provide every resident with not only the landscape of Agricultural Exhibition Park but also the poetic living experience like a boutique hotel.

    The architecture design focus on seeking delicate, fashion and precious language of the modernism, but also take account of the city scape with color, detail and the material in the meantime. We used modern architectural material and technology to extend and develop the tradition style of architecture from the traditional aesthetic spirit. Large-area of glass curtain wall and glass dome have maximized the experience of enjoying the landscape, while the lightness figure and the use of elegant color match with environment just well. The combination of glass curtain wall with arch-shape metal roof creates a totally different living experience from the inside out. The indoor living space can be curved or be constructed with hanging garden instead of the regular square one. Meanwhile, the outer space may be involved with artistic and poetic as well as normal life. When it comes to the tones of the buildings, the usage of light grey stone, blue grey glass with grey metal tile coordinates well with the accommodation and the office, while fits the peaceful grey tone of Beijing city simultaneously.
