Lakeside Courtyard, Jiaxing

The project is a joint-creation of China Railway Construction Corporation Limited (Jiaxing) and T. K. CHU Design. It not only aims to be a new ‘name card’ of Jiaxing, but also represents an innovative product on the upscale real estate market. After analyzing every detail of this project, the designer combined architecture, nature and human-beings together. Dreamily, the emotional experience of Jiangnan and the taste of Chinese literators were injected into the house.
