Ocean Epoch

The Ocean Epoch project is located in Shijingshan District, the northern part of Beijing. It is closed to Xishan Mountain, south to the Yongding River and east to The Badachu Park. On the western side is The Fahai Forest Temple, which is very famous in Beijing. The project has a superior geographical position, with a beautiful environment and wonderful Feng shui field.

The land area of the project is totally 1166456㎡, the construction area is 260556㎡. All of the land has divided into four parts, the floor area ratio is from 1.1 to 2.0. The architectural form is included: villa, flat villa, commercial building, office building and so on.

In order to inherit the culture of Xishan Mountain, we draw inspiration from Mr. IM Pei. We combined the modern form with the traditional Chinese form, transcend the accumulation of the historical elements. And truly pour the essence of Chinese culture into the architectural works.
