Taojiang Road Kindergarten

Shanghai Zhongshan kindergarten is located on Taojiang Road, Shanghai, adjacent to Song Qingling’s former residence and the American Consulate.The starting point of the design is to reproduce the natural atmosphere in the city.The courtyard with white walls is surrounded by high and low buildings and patches of trees.Therefore, the starting point of the design is to use part of the walls to block the scattered urban buildings, while the lines of the other part of the walls highlights the blue sky and white clouds, the 100-year Magnolia tree, shaded trees and other natural landscape, so that children can get a quiet nature in the busy city, and form a dialogue with the sunshine and nature.
