E-STRONGER Interior Renovation & Design

The project is located in building 15, Sinan Mansions, which is an important part of Hengshan Road -Fuxing Road Historic and Cultural Area in Shanghai. The first and second floors of the original building are gymnasium, and the third floor is for commercial use. According to the interior renovation, we provided an open, cooperative, dynamic and interesting space for what is called ‘co-working’. In this design, the key part is to reuse the swimming pool, and create a ’good-looking’ space to satisfy the social needs of young people in a limited space. Finally, by the designing of interior space, color, materials, lighting and so on, we achieved the building a modern, fashionable, functional, social office space. The whole interior design of this building is a perfect combination of personality and humanization, which suite the style of the adjacent Sinan Books.
