Henderson & CIFI Essence of Hongqiao

Project is located in Shanghai Hongqiao business core of Henderson xu hui center, combining the concept of Henderson city landmarks and Xuhui office expert experience; comprehensive rewriting history of traditional Shanghai office from the brand, location, products and multi-dimensional considerations; following with famous enterprises stringent requirements for office buildings.

The planning finding the starting point from the ancient urban planning: it was dominated by axis space sequence, yard space and distributed in the axis on both sides of the street square. Corporate headquarters buildings in ShenHong road side, can better show the image of enterprise, and the headquarters building main entrance is located in the internal side of ecological green axis, a relatively independent and a beautiful environment of the entrance experience, as much as possible for the user to create a pleasant work and life, it provides a science and technology, green, ecological, efficient office environment.
