A Decade’s Hall | CREDAWARD 10th Anniversary Message

Written in February,2024

Ten years ago, I loved this industry, and ten years later, passion remains unchanged…

At the age of ten, we still consider ourselves children, but for CREDAWARD, it has grown and evolved significantly over the years. Every year, we come together to learn and explore outstanding development projects, appreciating the dedication and hard work of designers and builders. Even though the real estate industry has faced significant changes in recent years, with some projects being abandoned and some professionals leaving, those of us who remain are determined to keep moving forward and improving. Regardless of the challenges we face in the industry, we hope that we, the professionals who continue to work, can stay focused, true to our initial goals, and passionate about making a better life using design!

A Message for CREDAWARD

Written in 2015

I hope we will make concerted efforts to do more “architecture” and less “buildings” to jointly facilitate the healthy development of the real estate industry!

Interpretation of "Good Design in Real Estate"

Written in 2018

A good design must have an inherent soul, providing a source of storytelling for the client’s sales.

A good design must be free of significant functional defects, capable of withstanding critical evaluations.

A good design must exhibit a sense of aesthetics in its form, captivating attention from overall layouts to individual structures.

A good design must deliver added value to the client, helping to mitigate high land costs.

A good design is one that leaves me at a loss for words because it profoundly touches my innermost feelings.
