Tonghe Xing
邢同和1962年毕业于上海同济大学建筑系城市规划专业，曾任上海民用建筑设计院总建筑师，上海现代建筑设计（集团）有限公司首任总建筑师，现任华东建筑集团股份有限公司资深总建筑师。教授级高级建筑师，一级注册建筑师，同济大学教授、博士生导师。
1988年获“国家有突出贡献中青年专家”，1991年起享受国务院政府特殊津贴。曾获“全国五一劳动奖章”、全国建设系统劳动模范、上海市建设功臣、上海重点建设工程科技明星。
邢同和近60年来主持、负责设计项目达300多项，设计作品被评为国家、部、市级优秀设计达40余项，并获上海市建筑学会“终身成就奖”。其中“上海博物馆”被评为“世界城市现代优秀建筑设计奖”，香港“霍英东贡献奖”，同美国S.O.M公司合作设计的“金茂大厦”获美国AIA奖，同法国夏邦杰事务所合作的“上海国际时尚中心（原国棉十七厂保护与改造）”获亚洲建协设计奖。还曾负责上海2001年APEC会议场馆规划与设计、上海2010年世博会申办、筹备的前期规划工作，参与世博会建筑设计与研究工作。

•文化、纪念性建筑类：上海博物馆，中国共产党第一次全国代表大会纪念馆，上海龙华烈士陵园及革命烈士纪念地拓展项目，邓小平故居陈列馆、缅怀馆，宋庆龄纪念馆，陈云纪念馆，鲁迅纪念馆，中国三峡工程博物馆、黄河博物馆、上海崇明文化中心，松江文化中心，扬州博物馆，新疆阿克苏博物馆，包头博物馆，南京文化中心，黑龙江五大连池火山博物馆，芜湖科技馆，山东荣城博物馆，上海画院，无锡程及美术馆，中华苏维埃共和国历史纪念馆……。
•居住、学校、医院、社区等建筑类：世博家园居住区，顾村居住区，华山医院，华东医院，华东疗养院，南洋模范中学，华阳街道社区文化中心，国歌纪念广场……。
•商业、办公、酒店及科技公建类：上海国际购物中心，虹桥迎宾馆，包头国际会展中心，福建南安大酒店，太阳能研究中心，“811”科研仿真楼……。
•规划（包括城市更新）类：上海外滩风景带，上海十六铺码头改造，上海国际时尚中心，淮海中路城市设计，粤港澳大湾区——国际金融岛规划，新疆和田玉美丽小镇规划……。
•境外设计项目：萨摩亚政府办公楼，萨摩亚法莱奥诺国际机场，上海•迪拜友好城市纪念碑，越南胡志明市Golden River第一郡规划……。
•同国外合作设计项目：金茂大厦（美国S.O.M）、上海科技馆（美国RTKL）、中银大厦（日本日建）、中百一店“姊妹楼”商业及办公楼（加拿大）、国际网球中心（美国JWDA）、仙乐斯大厦（美国HLW）、爱马仕、上下旗舰店（法国）、上海国际时尚中心（法国夏邦杰国际事务所）……
邢同和曾到日本东京大学、早稻田大学、美国俄勒冈州立大学、圣地亚哥大学作学术报告，赴美国迈阿密、南斯拉夫贝尔格莱德、日本大阪、韩国首尔、法国……中国台湾及香港大学等作演讲，出席国际会议宣讲论文。出版专著有《当代中国建筑师邢同和》、《邢同和建筑论文集》、《原创之韵——邢同和建筑草图》（建筑篇与规划篇）、《环球建筑印象——著名建筑师邢同和摄影集萃》、《中国2010年上海世博会建筑集锦——著名建筑师邢同和摄影集》、《原创新作——邢同和建筑草图》，2021年《邢同和原创草图建筑集》和《邢同和原创草图建筑集》，并于1999年在香港及上海举办“邢同和建筑设计艺术集粹”展览。参加庆祝中华人民共和国成立50周年第九届全国美术作品展并获银奖。

Book Publishing Message of《BEST WORKS OF CREDAWARD 2014-2019》
—— 5TH Anniversary of CREDAWARD
With high social and industrial value, the book, Best Works of CREDAWARDⅠ(2014-2019), which will be officially published and released in 2021, not only marks the five–year journey of CREDAWARD, but also displays the best selected works in real estate development industry.
This book collects Gold and Silver Awards of CREDAWARD from the first session to the fifth, presenting its works’ uniqueness, diversity and extensiveness.
On one hand, the first executive committee of CREDAWARD, as the book’s editorial board, were impressed by every submitted work in the process of sorting out the application materials for CREDAWARD over the years, on the other hand, after considering 124 Gold and Silver Awards, they selected 34 benchmark works to be elaborated, which represent the development of China real estate industry in recent years. In addition, whether Gold Awards or Silver Awards throughout the five sessions, each work, created by world–wide well–known companies in the field of architecture, planning, environment, interior design, urban renewal and real estate, is featured with high technology and innovation and original brand to reflect its value and influence. It is those precious works that write history and carry it on from generation to generation.
I wish to take this opportunity to convey my sincere thanks to all the jurys who worked with me in the past five years for their adhering to the right evaluation direction and the principle of being fair, just and rational to positively facilitate the development of real estate industry, for their serious and responsible spirit, for their tireless work attitude!
The book, Best Works of CREDAWARDⅠ(2014-2019), records the five–year design progress and contributions in China real estate industry, which deserves encouragement and praise! This book also displays a remarkable journey of “People’s cities are built by people, People’s cities serve for people” . Let us see through the unprecedentedly rapid development of urbanization in China under the leadership of the Communist Party of China.
On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, I would like to take this honor to present this book as a birthday gift to the CPC!
