Peicheng Ju

Mr. Ju Peicheng’s former work experiences include working at Shanghai Pudong Architectural Design Research Institute, where he was involved and designed numerous award-winning projects, which won awards from the Ministry of Housing, the Pudong New District and the Shanghai municipal level.

During the time Mr. Ju worked at Zhengda Real Estate Group as a Vice President, he was closely involved and responsible for many successful projects, including the Shui Qing Mu Hua Apartments, the Jiu Jian Tang Housing, the Big Thumb Commercial Plaza, the Zhengda Himalaya Center and other projects.

Since 2012, he became the Vice Chief-manager of Shanghai Vanke corporation. Currently, Mr. Ju peicheng is the Chief Architect of Vanke Shanghai Regional Office and the General Manager of Vansn Production Think-tank.

Mr. Ju Peicheng has many published theses, which include the Housing Changing China, the Conceptual Architecture and Architectural Concept, the Architectural culture and Innovative Real Estate, The modern strategies of Chinese Style living and Chinese Style housing, the Video Installation and Perceptive City, CIHAF-Commercial Real Estate Model Of Livable Cities, The Professionalization Trend of the Chinese Real Estate Developers, The Re-examine of Taiwan Architects from the perspective of the Mainland China, Promoting the Value of Innovation-From Real Estate Development of Hongkong and Inland, and etc.

Mr. Ju Peicheng’s professional architectural background and his contribution to the real estate Industry have been widely recognized. He has been a special guest at the CBN TV Channel, the Special commentator at Shanghai Today’s Housing Commercial Real Estate Column; He often held seminars at the Real Estate EMBA program of Tsinghua University, a lecture of《Innovative Architecture and Real Estate Development-Jiu Jian Tang》at Tongji University Urban Architecture Institute.
