Chunling Zhang
张春玲女士于1987年至1999年曾先后就职于香港、新加坡知名建筑设计事务所超过10年，在大型酒店，商业综合体及住宅的设计工作方面积累了丰富的设计及项目管理经验。1999年加盟上海仁恒房地产有限公司，深耕15年，先后任设计部经理，总建筑师，设计总监，并在仁恒置地集团上市后兼任集团总建筑师及建筑研发中心总监。其间参与策划及主持仁恒置地旗下的住宅、商业、酒店及办公等项目，所主持设计的产品获得众多的奖项。
2014年，张春玲女士加入复地集团，任副总裁分管产品设计研发。2016-2018年，张春玲女士任复星地产全球合伙人、副总裁，复星地产规划与建筑设计部总经理。期间参与策划及主持复星旗下涉及国际超甲办公、酒店、商业、教育、文旅及住宅等若干百万方大型金融蜂巢、文旅蜂巢、健康蜂巢项目。2018年至今，张春玲女士任豫园股份合伙人、首席设计官，设计管理中心总经理、复地企业发展有限公司高级副总裁, 不仅主持复星体系内传统地产开发，同时拓展至产业研究、豫园商圈改造及创新服务设计等领域。在设计和项目开发过程中，积累了丰富的管理经验。
