| Project description(Chinese) | 项目定位为高端商住区。整体规划布局对称且富于变化，建筑布局南低北高，一横两纵. 三条超尺度轴线演绎皇家园林式布局。西北角公建组团双塔联动、高低错落，结合南侧沿河景观高层，形成连续的沿河公建化高层组团； 沿河公建化高层产品点状布置为三栋，并在高度上三栋高层依次往南跌落，同时充分考虑三栋高层之间栋距感受；既保障城市视觉通廊的视线穿透，又丰富了沂河界面。 | |||
| Project description(English) | The project is positioned as a luxury community. The building layout is low in the south and high in the north. There are three axes running through the site, one horizontal and two vertical. Three super-scale axes reappear the layout of the royal garden. The double towers of the commercial group in the northwest corner are linked with high and low heights, combined with the high-rise landscape along the river on the south side, forming a continuous high-rise group of public construction along the river. The high-rise products of the public buildings along the river are arranged in three dots. And the three buildings slope to the south in turn, which guarantees the sight penetration of the urban visual corridor, but also enriches the YI river interface. | |||
