2020年，一场席卷全球的新冠疫情，让原定于4月27-28日在上海举办的「DDF地建师设计节——第六届CREDAWARD地产设计大奖·中国」入围项目演讲/颁奖盛典，同期行业联合策展及论坛，不得不延期。
经过全体评委充分讨论，最终9名执行委员坚持疫情之下，遵循“安全第一”原则。

——第六届CREDAWARD地产设计大奖·中国 具体安排如下：
一、入围项目演讲形式：线上实时会议
演讲日期：8月28、29日
演讲时间：5分钟/项目；（如外文演说+翻译，需要控制在10分钟以内，翻译自理）
准备工作：
- 8月7日前，确认演讲嘉宾信息（级别要求：建议总监以上级别）
- 8月14日前，上传演讲课件
演讲课件要求：
- 格式：建议PDF
- 比例：16:9
- 大小：50MB以内

2019-2020，奖项评选制度变革：获奖类目进一步专业细分——居住项目、公建项目、景观设计、室内设计、设计专项（规划设计、照明设计），按专业分类评审。
由地建师主办的第六届CREDAWARD地产设计大奖·中国，收到457家机构申报的1616份作品。参赛公司及作品分别来自：中国、中国香港、中国台湾、日本、美国、英国、澳大利亚、泰国、新加坡、德国、法国、荷兰、加拿大、墨西哥、哈萨克斯坦等。
经过评委团初审、二审，最终本届奖项有259家公司、入围作品数554份。
三、颁奖典礼
疫情防控不放松，本届颁奖典礼不采取晚宴制；
典礼择日举办，计划9月中下旬；
同时，颁奖典礼将严格控制人数（300人以内），各公司1位高层代表出席。

6th CREDAWARD Shortlisted Project Presentation
Official Announcement
Due to global COVID-19 situation, 2020 DDF Festival——6th CREDAWARD Shortlisted Project Presentation and Award Ceremony originally scheduled to be held in Shanghai from April 27-28 had to be postponed.
The judging committee insists on the principle of “safety first” under the situation. After full discussion, the specific arrangements are as follows:
I. Shortlisted Project Presentation: Online Conference
Presentation Format: Online Conference (The online system and operation process will be announced later).
Date: August 28-29
Speech length: 5 minutes (If the speech is in English, it is in 10 minutes including translation.)
Preparations:
Log in to the Award Official Website to submit the information.
- Submit the information of the speakers (suggest above the director level) before August 7, Beijing Time
- Submit the Shortlisted Project Presentation PPT before August 14, Beijing Time

II. Award Setting
The 6th CREDAWARD held by DJSER has received 1,616 works from 457 companies. Participating companies and works are from China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, Thailand, Singapore, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Canada, Mexico, Kazakhstan, etc. After the preliminary and second review by the judges, there are 554 shortlisted projects from 259 companies this year.
This year, the project categories are further professionally subdivided into residential projects, public projects, landscape design, interior design, specialized projects (planning design and lighting design) by the Judging Committee, and reviewed by the professional categories.

III. Award Ceremony
After the jury meeting, the 6th CREDAWARD Award Ceremony is still planned to be held in Shanghai. However, the dinner on the day will be cancelled.
Scale: About 300 people including the judges, real estate company and shortlisted company representatives (1 person/company).
Date: Expected in mid to late September
