SINO-SINGAPORE TIANJIN ECO-CITY GREEN INNOVATION PARK

Conceived in alignment with China’s “Dual Carbon” policies, the master plan aims to articulate a future-forward, sustainable urban development model to build a smart, mixed-use and environmentally attuned central activity zone. Defined by the Eco-Boulevard, the central spine of the master plan comprises varying hierarchies of permeable public spaces, including the Eco-Verandah, Eco-Pavilion and Eco-Atrium. Interweaving multiple urban clusters with diverse, flexible communal and civic spaces, the master plan epitomises a system of thoughtful and sustainable urban practices. Innova Green, a mixed-use tower, is currently under construction as the pilot project for the master plan.
