THE OPERA RESIDENCE

The Opera Residence is a 24‑storey mixed‑use development in Thu Thiem, comprising a 4‑storey podium and two 20‑storey residential towers. Conceived as a modern luxury landmark, the project contributes to the evolving skyline of Thu Thiem while strengthening civic connectivity to the future Opera House. Its design responds to the Thu Thiem master plan, adhering to fixed block massing, protected view corridors and a unified podium streetscape. The scheme integrates sustainable strategies, including energy‑efficient systems, renewable energy and sustainable materials, with extensive green spaces promoting biodiversity, natural ventilation and daylight. Symmetrical tower volumes, splayed floor plates and axial planning enhance cross‑ventilation, views and spatial quality. Inspired by its genius loci, the project reflects the sculptural movement of the nearby flowing river and the city’s musical energy.
