FOREST WITHIN (DEMONSTRATION AREA)

The project is situated in the southern sector of the Shenyang Olympic Sports Center area. The Senyu Warm Tree Clubhouse functions as the central supporting amenity for the fourth-generation “Senyu Series” residential developments by Xuhui Construction Management. It features a “sunken urban reception hall” crafted with an approximate six-meter elevation differential. By integrating eight premium functional configurations and creating a “Chill Park” ambiance, it endeavors to establish a multifaceted community hub for the youth of Shenyang, offering them a place to “find solace in the urban Senyu oasis”.
