CR LAND SHENZHEN SUPER CORE CENTER JADE APARTMENT

Located in Longhua District, Shenzhen, this project spans a landscape area of approximately 25,200 m². Embracing the philosophy of “Urban Resort, Secluded Living,” the design crafts a relaxing, vibrant, and natural sanctuary amidst the city’s fast-paced rhythm. The master plan features a sequence of themed spaces: from the ceremonial hotel-style entrance to the Starry Terrace Gardens where cascading water meets lush greenery; from the panoramic Sky Pool and Link Bridge to the Ecological Discovery Park designed for family interaction; and finally, the futuristic Vitality Camp for active sports. By blurring the boundaries between architecture and nature, the design seamlessly integrates quality, art, and ecology. It ultimately constructs a diverse, poetic community resort where residents can both wander and find true repose.
