YANLORD THE PARK · A GENTLE, CONTINUOUS JOURNEY

Yanlord The Park Phase III in Shenzhen, designed by TROP, reimagines high-density residential open space through the concept of a “continuous three-dimensional journey.” By introducing subtle topography and layered spatial connections, the project transforms limited ground into an ակտիվ public landscape. An elevated plane and a sunken level create a multi-level system: the upper layer features a continuous promenade for circulation and views, while the lower level integrates water terraces and sheltered spaces for rest, play, and social interaction. Stairs and ramps work together to form a looped pedestrian network, linking diverse water features and activity nodes. The design rebalances circulation and dwelling, turning a constrained site into a breathable, livable garden that supports everyday life.
