NANJING JINLING CHANGLEFANG

This project is located in Qinhuai District, Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, the project sits between the Confucius Temple and the East Zhonghua Gate Historical Culture Block. Drawing inspiration from the legendary early life of Huang Guan, the champion of the Ming Dynasty, the project deeply integrates the cultural characteristics of the Confucius Temple and the Jiangnan Imperial Examination Hall to create a unique cultural narrative centered on the “God of Examinations.”The project also incorporates classic elements from the Jinling deeply integrating cultural narratives with spatial settings. It aims to create East China’s first “immersive Ming Dynasty cultural space” and establish a new benchmark for urban cultural tourism.
