Located in Korla, a vital hub on the ancient Silk Road, the CGDG Korla Renaissance and Courtyard Hotel complex features landscape design by COOPERS HILL. Embracing the concept of an “Oasis with Emotion,” the design seamlessly weaves the vast desert topology with the city’s water town charm. Breaking away from conventional standalone layouts, the project utilizes a courtyard-style spatial narrative. Through the strategic use of reflective water features, indigenous flora, and light-and-shadow sculptures, it translates the raw power of nature and the culture of the Western Regions into a modern, luxurious landscape experience. This oasis serves as a cultural living room, offering travelers an immersive sanctuary.
